This policy sets out what data RSA Tech collects on this site, what it is used for, and how long it is kept.
The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies.

What we collect
What you send through the form
Name, company, email and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and no hidden field collects anything more.
Aggregate traffic statistics
Cloudflare, which delivers this site, counts requests by country and by response status. The count is aggregate, happens on their servers and involves no code in your browser: there is no cookie, no visitor identifier, and no way to reconstruct who visited or what path they took.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and to judge whether a conversation makes sense. Messages feed no newsletter, become no marketing list, and are neither sold nor shared.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest under article 7, item IX of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), for a commercial contact the data subject started. You wrote to RSA Tech, and the processing exists to answer you.
How long we keep it
24 months from the last contact, after which the message is deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, it happens sooner.
Who processes data alongside us
Cloudflare
Site hosting and page delivery.
Google Workspace
The mailbox where messages are received and read.
Resend
Delivery of the form message to that mailbox.
International transfer
The three processors above handle data outside Brazil, under each one's contractual data protection safeguards. By sending a message you agree to that processing.
Your rights
The LGPD gives you access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, information on who it was shared with, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of them, write to contato@rsda.com.br and the named officer above answers.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookie, no advertising cookie and no persistent visitor identifier. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
